  Do not use, unless you are really in a bind. I used the Grand Rapids branch on Michigan Street to have a range hood motor repaired. On the phone they make sure you know that you will owe $89.95 for the person to show up (high, but fine), but what they don't tell you is that their fees to actually fix things are OUTRAGEOUS. Now you are trapped - pay $89 because they showed up and still have a broken appliance, or pay $275 to have the motor replaced, when the entire range hood only cost $300. Repair only took 15 minutes - what a scam! Additionally, the repair guy put large gouges in my wood floor from moving the range by himself - even though (1) it didn't need to be moved to fix the hood and (2) I was sitting in the room and could have helped him move it, so he didn't destroy my floor.
